It’s that time again! We’re thrilled to announce our annual back-to-school bash, partnering with Samaritans Feet International. We’re sponsoring another low-income apartment complex, focusing on uplifting disadvantaged children. Our mission is to uplift and empower disadvantaged children through education and sports, ensuring they step into a brighter future with confidence and comfort.

Platinum Sponsor – $25/child: Provide shoes, socks, and a tote bag, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

Acknowledging the unique challenges faced by aged-out foster care youth, COHAP extends its
commitment to providing stable housing and unwavering support. Our home buying programs
and short-term transitional housing not only prevent homelessness but also create a nurturing
environment for these young individuals to regain control of their lives. By offering a sense of belonging, we empower them to embrace their potential and envision a brighter future.

~20,000 young people age out of the U.S. foster care system annually, often confronting challenges like homelessness, unemployment, and limited access to education. Stable housing and support programs play a crucial role in improving outcomes for aged-out foster care youth, enabling them to build successful, independent lives.
