US Department of Justice studies have shown that access to employment and education programs can significantly reduce recidivism rates. At COHAP OUTREACH CORPORATION, we offer resources, mentorship, and vocational training to empower those formerly incarcerated to rebuild their lives and become productive members of their communities.
